HUGOTON, Kan. – The McPherson High School Boys Golf team won the 2024 4A Regional Monday, May 13, defeating runners-up Andale by seven strokes at the Forewinds Golf Course in Hugoton.
Blaise Hoover led all Bullpups, finishing in 2nd place overall with a score of 79 (+7), finishing just two strokes behind the individual winner. Hudson Krehbiel and Cale Dahlstrom finished in the top 10, placing in 5th and 6th respectively.
Paxton Ingels, Owen Pyle and Teegan Haines all scored well too, helping give the Bullpups the win.
The team will be home for the State Meet, as they’ll go against other top 4A schools at the Turkey Creek Golf Course in McPherson on May 20-21.
