Greenville, SC – The 2026 NCCAA Division I Women’s Basketball All-Americans have been announced. Whitney Hay of Campbellsville University has been named the 2026 National Player of the Year. Becky Mullis of College of the Ozarks was named the National Coach of the Year for the second straight year. The full list of award winners can be found at the DI Women’s Basketball awards page here.
Graduate Student Whitney Hay was a standout for the Campbellsville Tigers this season, averaging 17.7 points per game and 4.6 rebounds per game. Hay was the model of efficiency for the Tigers this season, shooting an impressive 51.2% from the floor, tied for the fifth-best in the NCCAA, while making 182 field goals, also fifth in the NCCAA. She also averaged 1.7 steals per game this season, pilfering a season-high five pockets against rival Lindsey Wilson on January 8. The Eastview, Kentucky native helped guide Campbellsville to a 25-8 record and top ranking in the NCCAA this season, guiding the Tigers to the NAIA Quarterfinals thanks to her 30 points and 14 rebounds in their 75-65 win over Spring Arbor on March 20. Hay was also selected as a First Team Mid-South All-Conference member, and is the third Campbellsville University women’s basketball player to earn NCCAA Player of the Year in the last four years as Maddy Boyle earned the honor in 2024 and Kaitlynn Wilks won the award in 2023.
