Bracket Set for 62nd McPherson Invitational Tournament

McPHERSON, Kan. – McPherson High School has released the seeding and brackets for the 62nd annual McPherson Invitational boys basketball tournament, which will be held at the McPherson Roundhouse January 22-24.

The tournament, known shortly as the MIT, features some of the best boys basketball teams in Kansas in its history, seeing talent from former basketball stars Nino Samuel, Antoine Carr, Darnell Valentine, Conner Frankamp, and Alex Littlejohn. The three-day tournament will feature four games each day, starting at 3:00 p.m. on the 22nd and the 23rd. The final day will begin at 11:00 a.m., with the championship scheduled to begin at 3:45 p.m.

Below are the seeds for each team, determined by their record as of Jan. 14. Games played afterwards will not count towards seeding. Next to each team is what appearance this will be and how many MIT titles they have.
