Will Tuttle scored a game-high 14 points, and four other Sacred Heart players scored at least six points as the Knights downed Trinity Catholic 55-32 on Friday in Salina.
The Celtics hung tough for most of the first half, trailing 29-17 at halftime, and 29-19 early in the third quarter. But a 9-0 Sacred Heart burst opened up a 19-point lead.
Alex Guajardo led the Celtics with 12 points, and he sank a pair of 3-pointers. Beau Towell added nine points, and Lawson Dowsey’s five points gave him 100 for the season, the second Celtic to reach the 100-point mark, joining Towell.
The Celtics fall to 4-11 and will welcome Wichita Central Christian Academy on Tuesday.
