HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Ad Astra Radio is proud to announce Hutchinson High School freshman Allison Jefferson as this week’s Athlete of the Week, presented by Hutchinson Community College.
The week – Jefferson was dominant at a triangular on Jan. 22 at The Alley. Jefferson won the meet with a 575 series, winning by more than 100. Jefferson also had the top individual game with a 225. Nobody else had a higher single-game score than 168. Jefferson’s effort helped the Salthawks win the team championship.
The season – Jefferson has had a strong freshman season for the Salthawks, with her season average series so far being 542.
