Several area wrestlers are ranked by the Kansas Wrestling Coaches Association in its latest poll released on Tuesday.
The Hutchinson Salthawk boys wrestling team is ranked fourth in Class 5A.
Hutchinson wrestlers ranked in Class 5A boys are sophomore Dion Brown, 106 pounds; junior Cruz Cannon, 126; junior Cooper Harris, fifth, 150; junior Karson Etienne, 165; junior Max Harris, 175; senior Jackson Anderson, 190; and junior James Hill, 215.
Nickerson senior 235-pounder Elizabeth Dick is ranked first in Class 4A girls at 235 pounds.
In Class 3-2-1A boys, Lyons senior Jace Grizzle is first at 130 pounds and Southeast of Saline senior Brody Chambers is first at 285 pounds.
The Andale boys wrestling team is ranked first in Class 4A. The Southeast of Saline boys team is ranked sixth in Class 3-2-1A.
Andale wrestlers ranked first are sophomore Luke Martin, 113 pounds; and senior Ethan Eck, 175 pounds.
In Class 3-2-1A girls, Lyons senior Kennedy Grizzle is ranked fifth at 105 pounds, Sterling sophomore Jacynn Boeken, second, 115; Sterling freshman Addison Morgan, sixth, 120; and Southeast of Saline junior Annabelle Soell, second, 140 (ninth All-Class).
In Class 4A girls, Haven freshman Amelia Scott, fifth, 100; Smoky Valley’s Jaycie Falcon, 115; Pratt senior Gracelyn Hembree, fourth, 125 (second All-Class); Smoky Valley sophomore Brylee Ricketts, sixth, 130; Haven junior Haydan Williams, fourth, 140; Larned senior Cara Herbert, fifth, 140; Larned senior Mia Munden, sixth, 145; Smoky Valley junior Kate Griffiths, sixth, 190; and Nickerson senior Elizabeth Dick, first, 235 (third All-Class).
In Class 5A girls, Hutchinson sophomore Aaida Brown is ranked third at 110 pounds.

Andale wrestlers ranked in Class 4A boys are freshman Levi Schmidt, third, 106 (ninth All-Class); sophomore Luke Martin, first, 113 (sixth All-Class); sophomore Luke Seiler, 126 (seventh All-Class); sophomore Judd Eck, fourth, 132 (eighth All-Class); senior Tristen Cox, fourth, 150; and sophomore Emmet Eck, fifth, 157.
Buhler senior Sammy Hershberger is ranked third in Class 4A at 138 pounds and Nickerson senior Kristopher Monroe is ranked fifth at 165. Smoky Valley senior Parker Gardner is ranked first at 285 (fourth All-Class).
