The Andale wrestling team opened its season on Saturday with a second-place finish at Pratt.
Andale had four individual champions, Levi Schmidt (113), Judd Eck (132), Ethan Eck (175) and Tristen Cox (157). Grant Eck (144), Luke Martin (120) and Luke Seiler (126) each finished third in their respective weight classes. Andale had 163.5 points as a team, finishing 30 points behind team champion Bishop Carroll.
Andale will next travel to Enid, Oklahoma, for the Midwest America Nationals on Friday and Saturday.
