McPHERSON, Kan. – Ad Astra Radio will bring live coverage of all matchups between McPherson College and Central Christian College for the second year in a row as part of the McPherson Collegiate Cup presented by Peoples Bank and Trust. All games will broadcast on 98.9/1540 KMCP and the Ad Astra Radio mobile app.
The 2024-25 athletics season ended in a 3-3 tie between the Tigers and the Bulldogs. Central Christian won the Women’s Soccer, Women’s Basketball, and Men’s Basketball games, while McPherson was victorious in Men’s Soccer, Women’s Volleyball, and Baseball. The Softball doubleheader was canceled following multiple postponements due to inclement weather conditions. The two schools will meet in the same matchups for 2025-26.
The soccer doubleheader kicks off on Tuesday, Sep. 9 at Central Christian’s soccer facility. One day later, the Women’s Volleyball teams will square off at Holman Fieldhouse. The next matchup will not be until November as the basketball teams will face off at Holman Fieldhouse Tuesday, Nov. 4. The baseball and softball matchups are confirmed, but the dates and times are TBD.
