The Ellinwood track and field teams had a good showing at the KSHSAA 2A Regional in Hill City on Thursday. The day was highlighted by freshman Reagan Wirtz capturing three gold medals, winning the 100m, 200m and long jump on the girls side. Sterling also competed at the Hill City Regional and qualified several athletes for the KSHSAA State Track & Field Championships on May 30 and 31 at Cessna Stadium in Wichita.
