The Buhler golf is off to a strong start despite a rain-shortened schedule. On Monday, the Crusaders grabbed second place at the Wellington Invitational, edging rival McPherson with a 354 team score. Wellington took the team title at 334.

Sophomore Anika Paulsrud shot a season-best 77, just two strokes off the winning mark of McPherson’s Andi Buschbom (75). Junior Macy Miller also medaled, carding an 88 for 10th place.
