Reconnect with your mind and body this summer through the calming benefits of yoga and nature combined. Join us for Outdoor Yoga, an 8-week outdoor wellness experience led by instructor April Mobley at Dillon Nature Center.

Enjoy the organic health benefits of spending time in nature while improving your strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. Most classes will include a brisk outdoor walk as weather allows, creating a refreshing and restorative experience for all skill levels.

Please note: There is no drop-in option for this class. Participants must register for the full session. If joining after the session begins, fees may be prorated with approval from Tony Helfrich.
