Mareta Ann Milner
1932-2024

Mareta was born in Eureka, Kansas to Mabel (Kelsey) and Frank Brown. Mareta went on to graduate from Eureka with the class of 1950.

She lived across the states, from Kansas to Colorado, Texas, Maryland, California, and back to Kansas where she called home.

Marty retired from Wolfe Creek Power Plant as an Administrative Document Control Clerk.

She had an amazing life. Mareta loved spending time with her mother and sister, traveling to see her family across the states, spending time with her children and grandchildren, she loved the Lord, and Marty loved to sing and paint!

Mareta is preceded in death by her father and mother and one sister, Carol (Brown) Mizell.

She leaves behind her children, Stephen (Robin) McNutt, Christi (Randy) Bishop, Kathy (Jerry) Spoon, Craig (JoAnn) McNutt, Grant (Glenda) McNutt, her grandchildren, Melissa (Levi) Wagner, Eric (Hailey) Bishop, Michael (Jessica) Collins, Steven (Rachel) Collins, Bria (Chad) Cryer, Travis (Andrea) McNutt, Tyler (Manda) McNutt, Nicole McNutt, Tanner (Lisa) McNutt, Josey McNutt, and Jamie McNutt. As well as 17 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and many friends that she has made throughout her life.

A visitation will be held for family and friends on Friday, June 14, 2024, at Campbell Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

A private family graveside will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at the Eureka, Kansas, Greenwood County Cemetery. Family will leave at 2pm.
