Kathy Jane Culbert, 68, died June 25, 2025, at Hutchinson Hospital. She was born March 28, 1957, in Hutchinson, KS, to William E. and Martha F. (DeWater) Francis.
Friends and family are invited to sign her book 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Visitation will be Monday, June 30, 2025, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
