1935-2024

Connie Mae Booth, age 89, of Moran, Kansas, passed away October 20, 2024, at the Anderson County Residential Care Facility, Garnett, Kansas. Connie was born October 1, 1935, in Bush City, Kansas, to Ernest Goodall and Ruth (Hardesty) Goodall.

Connie was the secretary for the Kincaid Cooperative, Kincaid, Kansas, retiring in 1997. She opened a daycare in her home after retirement.

Connie was an avid seamstress. She enjoyed growing flowers in her garden. Connie liked to attend her grandchildren's sporting events, and she was a devoted follower of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Royals. Connie lived for her grandchildren and they brought her great joy.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Wanda Heider; and grandsons, Denton and Dustin Booth.

Connie is survived by son, John W. (Susan) Booth, Moran, Kansas; daughter, Bonnie Jo Booth, Grove, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Dallas Holloway, Ethan (Kate) Hammond, Logan (Jamie Spears) Booth, Landon (Tammy) Hammond, Garrett (Courtney) Booth; great-grandchildren, Ella Holloway, Ava Booth, Chloe Booth, Mason Booth, Ryker Gibson, Laightyn Gibson, Maddax Hammond; and twin sister, Bonnie Adams.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024, in the Moran Cemetery, Moran, Kansas.

Memorials are suggested to Iola Elks Lodge #569, and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola, Kansas.
