MCPHERSON – A 4th quarter pay enhancement for Harvey-McPherson County Community Corrections was approved this week by the McPherson County Commission. Funding for the enhancement comes from the Kansas Department of Corrections.
Director Tim Gadde said this funding was provided to programs whose pay was not at parity with that of Court Services employees. This enhancement will work out to around a dollar per hour per employee.
Specific personnel change notices related to that and for the next fiscal year pay increases, based on the state fiscal year that starts July 1st, will be presented at next week’s meeting.
