Hutchinson NAACP to Hold Annual Freedom Fund Dinner

HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The Hutchinson NAACP Chapter’s annual Freedom Fund Dinner is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. at the Stringer Fine Arts Center’s Gallery Theatre.

The evening serves as a fundraiser as well as an opportunity to celebrate community and justice.

This year’s keynote speaker will be Dr. Carmaletta Williams, former Professor of English and African American Studies at Johnson County Community College. Williams is also an author and publisher.
