Michael Cordonnier with Soybean and Corn Advisor says soybean planting is ahead of normal in Brazil.

“Mato Grosso is doing really good, 83 percent planted. Parana about 50 percent planted, and I would say the Brazilian soybean crop is certainly getting off to a generally good start.”

He tells Brownfield that’s not the case in Argentina.

“Corn is only 22 percent planted, average is 33.
