Up and down harvest for Nebraska farmer

A northeast Nebraska farmer says he was disappointed with his soybean production this year.

Greg Anderson tells Brownfield a wave of extremely hot weather conditions impacted his crop. “We had a good opportune growing season up until about the 10th of August when again it turned hot and dry during pod fill. So that shaved probably 10 to 15 bushel off an acre of my farm.”

But he says corn was a different story.
