Pawnee County Economic Development Commission is excited to host the Pawnee County Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge! All 7th – 12th Grade students and young entrepreneurs in Pawnee County are invited and encouraged to participate! Do you know of a student with a business or product idea? We want to hear those ideas at the Pawnee County Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge held on March 9th in Larned.
At Pawnee Co. YEC, students from Pawnee County will be judged on their business idea, executive summary, and formal presentation (not exceeding 4 minutes) with slides. Our top three businesses will win cash prizes totaling $1,000!
Students can compete as individuals or as a group. Businesses can be a real dream, already existing, or completely hypothetical.

ADDITIONAL COMPETITION INFORMATION
Competition will be located inside the Chamber Jordaan Room, 502 Broadway, Larned (based on the number of businesses).
Tradeshow will begin at 9:30am in conjunction with the Chamber Coffee Hour. Presentations will tentatively begin at 10:30 AM.
Refreshments will be available.
