Fresh Conversations is a monthly gathering for older adults to connect, discuss nutrition, and engage in physical activity education.
This free event provides a supportive space for learning about maintaining health and independence, and each session includes a recipe demonstration with sampling.
Starting November 21st, sessions will be held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 11:00 AM, continuing for 9 months.
