Interested in a food preservation class? Need to brush up on current food preservation methods? Join the McPherson County K-State Research and Extension Office for hands-on workshops to learn about pressure canning, water bath canning, dehydration and freezing your food harvest.
- Cost: $35 per person (instructions on how to pay will be included in your confirmation e-mail. If you do not recieve a conformation e-mail you did not properly register)
- Lunch will be provided on-site.
- Space is limited to 20 participants. you must REGISTER AND PAY by June 10, 2025. Those who have not paid by June 10, 2025 will have their space relinquished.
