Great Bend, KS
This month’s event promises to be a spooky and fun celebration, featuring appearances from the Great Bend Fire Department and the Great Bend Zoo. Both organizations will be on hand to raise awareness for their upcoming events and engage with the community.
In the spirit of Halloween, this final Fridays on Forest will also host costume contests for both youth and adults, so be sure to dress to impress! Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes, making it a perfect opportunity to showcase your creativity while enjoying everything downtown Great Bend has to offer.
We’re also looking for volunteers to help make the event run smoothly. Consider volunteering as a gatekeeper, where you’ll help ensure the safety and success of the event, and receive two drink tickets as a thank you for your time!
It’s a fun way to give back and be part of the downtown excitement.
Come after work with your friends, family, or coworkers to relax, have a drink, and enjoy live music, delicious food, and great company. As always, alcohol will be served within the district,
but remember, it cannot be brought in from outside the event area.
No pets and no smoking are allowed in the district to ensure a safe, family friendly atmosphere. Security will be on hand to help everyone have a fun and secure evening.
Don’t worry about the essentials—we’ve got bathrooms covered, and with a variety of food vendors, you’re sure to find something to satisfy your hunger.
So, mark your calendars for October 25th and join us in celebrating the final Fridays on Forest of the year with food, drinks, costumes, and fun!
