Pork uniquely positioned as inflation sparks demand concerns

Inflation threatens to deflate consumer demand for red meat, but the CEO of Minnesota Pork is confident pork is positioned well.

Jill Resler says demand has remained strong in 2022.

She tells Brownfield inflation is already taking a toll on families struggling to afford food.
