Missouri’s crop conditions mixed under drier but cooler than normal conditions.
USDA says corn silking has passed 10 percent, about half the average. Corn is rated 65 percent good to excellent, down four percent on the week.
Missouri soybean planting is about wrapped up. Nearly 90 percent of the crop has emerged, that’s on pace. Soybeans are rated 56 percent good to excellent, down three percent on the week.
Missouri cotton squaring is past half done and is now ahead of pace.
